Located on a sprawling lot along beautiful Silver Lake, the design of this residence was heavily influenced by it’s mature surroundings. The traditional brick exterior contextually relates to the established homes around the site, while the interior of the home offers modern day amenities, such as open floor plans, a large master suite, a walk out basement and an extensive outdoor living space with an infinity pool and fire pit. In addition to these luxurious elements, large windows throughout the home and a roof over the outdoor gathering space enhance the owners’ ability take advantage of the unobstructed views of Silver Lake, while also catering to the spatial needs of a large family. The project is expected to break ground in Spring 2017.
