Though the winter weather has continued to persist into mid-March in Northeast Ohio, the Schill Architecture team has kept it’s eyes on warmer weather and all of the amazing projects that are set to break ground this spring! We always pride ourselves on the fact that we take on projects of any scale, big or small. One of our most recent projects is a luxury pool house that may be small in footprint, but is large in terms of the amenities available inside and out!
To blend into the earthy, wooded surroundings, the pool house features dramatic stone buttresses to support the structure of the cedar roof. Between the stone buttresses is 32 linear feet of operable glass walls that allow the interior of the pool house to spill into the expansive outdoor living space – perfect for entertaining friends and family in the rain or shine. While the interior of the pool house features amenities common to a typical home, including a kitchen, entertainment area and full bath, the exterior maintains a subdued rustic charm. A massive masonry fireplace serves as the central focal point of the covered outdoor living area and beckons visitors to warm up and spend quality time together on cool summer nights. We can’t wait for construction to begin on this beauty!
