A residential design by Schill Architecture has been featured in an editorial ideabook on the homepage of Houzz about the importance of gutter maintenance.  The article, titled “Declutter Your Gutter, Save Your House,” discusses the importance of regularly cleaning and examining gutters for holes, blockages and vegetation in order to avoid water buildup which could lead to interior leaks, soggy ceilings and even mold.  Steve Schill constantly stresses the importance of educating clients about proper home maintenance throughout the design and construction process to ensure that the client’s dream home will always look as spectacular as it did the day they moved in!
