Schill Architecture, in partnership with North Star Builders, won a first place award in the 2017 Best of Ohio Homes Contest. The contest is presented by the Ohio Home Builders Association and is designed to “recognize excellence among builders, re-modelers, developers and associates throughout the state of Ohio.” Out of 167 entries, the design for the Bur Oak model home in Westlake won Best Interior for a 3,501-5,000 square foot home. Notable design features incorporated by Schill Architecture include special ceiling treatments, an open concept plan, rustic columns and vaulting in the primary living areas of the home. The Schill Architecture team is looking forward to continuing their tradition of excellence in 2018!
