Steve Schill has recently been appointed as the new head of the Bay Point Resort and Marina Design Review Board. Bay Point is an upscale lakefront community in Marblehead, Ohio that features residential neighborhoods, marinas, restaurants and recreational amenities. As head of the design review board, Steve will be responsible for ensuring all residences fit within the coastal character of the community and construction is carried out to the highest standards to maintain the longevity of the neighborhood. After nearly 30 years of designing lakefront homes in the Greater Cleveland Area, Steve feels very fortunate to have earned such an important position in the prominent Bay Point community.
