The design of this Catawba retreat was driven by the owners, who desired a weekend home that may become their permanent residence later in life. The site is located in a very prestigious area of Catawba that not only offers stunning lakefront vistas, but views of multiple Lake Erie islands as well. The home was given a coastal theme to not only reflect its natural surroundings, but to take advantage of the width of the site with a sprawling footprint. The home is currently under construction; the framing and windows are complete, and roofing is in progress.
