New week, new construction update! While we love showcasing renderings and completed homes on our website, we feel it’s important to highlight the construction process as well. Building the home is typically the longest part of the design/construction journey because #schillstyle quality homes take time! Our team monitors progress throughout the duration of the build, assists in material selections and answers any questions that arise from subcontractors to ensure that the end product is everything our clients have dreamed of. One of our recent site visits was to this sprawling contemporary ranch with a walk out basement in Medina. We love the sleek lines, Longboard siding and expansive glass along the rear of the home that takes advantage of the sweeping pond views. There is no doubt that this beauty was designed by Schill Architecture!
