Summer is winding down, which means the Schill Architecture team has been ramping up on final designs for homes set to break ground in the fall. One of our newest projects on the boards has been an exciting one to work on because of the way it stands out. Our clients acquired a unique piece of property on the west bank of the Rocky River to build their forever home, and that’s exactly what we’re giving them.

Inspired by their travels to Colorado and other mountain towns out west, our client’s main request was a home that “didn’t look like it was in Rocky River.” We opted to keep the architectural form of the home simple and let the rustic materials, wood accents, and expansive glass speak for itself. We’re looking forward to watching this riverfront charmer come to life later this year!
