Summer is officially in full swing but the Schill Architecture team is not taking any vacations! We have been hard at work designing a number of new homes of all shapes and sizes set to break ground later this year. While it takes a great deal of time to translate a client’s dream home into a finished set of construction documents, the most important stage of our design process is the conceptual sketch. That’s right, in the digital age we live in, we prefer to skip the computer in the early stages of design in lieu of good old fashioned pen and paper where our ideas can quickly take flight! We thought it would be fun to give you a glimpse of just a handful of our current projects on the board. We’re excited to carrying these conceptual sketches through the rest of the design and construction process!
