Hello spring! It’s one of our favorite times of year because the Schill Architecture team gets to watch the designs we’ve been working hard on break ground…like our Creekside Retreat in Bay Village! We had the pleasure of designing another home for a past client who wanted to be located closer to her grandchildren and the wonderful parks and restaurants that Bay Village has to offer. But as you probably expect, finding a good lot to build on these days is like finding a needle in a haystack – especially in one of Cleveland’s most sought-after suburbs. When the opportunity arose to purchase a small, outdated home on a great piece of property, we encouraged our client that we could make her dream home a reality even on a narrow lot. Fast forward a year and here we are! The excavation is complete and footers have been poured for the foundation walls. We are excited to walk you through the construction process of this creekside home and show you that anything is possible if you work with the Schill Archtitecture team!
